About the Client

Background

HexaHealth is a HealthTech platform with the largest network of hospitals across the country for a seamless surgery experience and aim to bring transparency and accessibility into healthcare.

Goal

To scale the number of leads while maintaining the cost per lead.

Challenge

When the brand approached us, we had to generate leads for 35+ new diseases, which were previously limited to 5 diseases. Our main challenge was to increase the number of leads for over 35 new diseases while maintaining the cost per lead.

Our Approach

  1. Performed keyword and search level analysis on platforms like SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner to target the right audience across all 35+ diseases.
  2. Created Ad copies specific to the targeted keywords for each category and its sub-category. Eg - (Running different ad copies for Piles Surgery and Piles Operation).

Optimized our bidding strategies to maintain an impression share of 80% or higher across all relevant keywords to rank at the top in Google search results.

To maximize conversions, we developed custom landing pages for each disease & each page was assigned a dedicated agent to handle inquiries related to the specific condition, ensuring a personalized and efficient user experience.

  1. Ensured Google Analytics and Google Search Console were set up on the new site.
  2. Monitored the site closely for traffic fluctuations, crawl errors, and indexing issues post-migration using our own tool called Decisionboard.AI.
