About the Client

Background

Vogo is India's leading automated scooter rental and monthly bike rental service with a clear mission. It offers both short term and long term rentals, categorized as Vogo Now and Vogo Keep, respectively.

Goal

To reactivate the dormant user base while maintaining the desired CAC across all platforms.

Challenge

Inactive users who have the app but haven't used the service in a long time.

Our Approach

  1. Identified funnel gaps in user engagement across various stages of the app journey.
  2. Leveraged first-party data to identify and target the right users for reactivation campaigns.
  3. Utilized Appsflyer and AppAnnie to fine-tune audience segmentation and user behavior insights.

  1. Experimented with multiple audiences, out of which 4 worked the best in terms of CAC performance.
  2. Scaled these 4 audiences further while maintaining the CAC.

  1. We implemented a diverse creative strategy by utilizing a combination of Kannada (Bangalore), Telugu (Hyderabad), and English content.
  2. We engaged targeted audiences with creatives showing how Vogo could quickly get them to the stadium in time for the thrill of match day.
